Agreed. Just because selected people do not like the prequels does not mean they should be eliminated. They might not be as good as the OT, but they are still entertaining movies and have a lot of pieces that redeem them.

Don't like that Darth Vader was originally a whiny bitch? Big deal. It took him 18 years to get to where he was when we first saw him. People change over time.

The only things I don't think work in the prequels from a continuity point of view is Anakin's age and C3PO. In the original movies Anakin was supposed to be Luke's age when Obiwan first met him and C3PO is supposed to be 112 years old. Oh, and I did think it was lame that Palaptine's face was melted by his lightning being reflected at him instead of Force Corruption.

I think Rebels is the biggest proof though that Disney is not going to eliminate the prequels from continuity. If they were, they would not have put Clone Wars characters in to the show.

also i think when disney got lucas film and did a big clear out on what cannon and making the dark horse stuff non cannon now but every thing from prequals to OT and CGI clone wars yet still trat minisode clone more fiting in to the films then the cgi just my person opinion but the fact they pritty much made it so that all the films that are made are cannon also disney doing that 6 film marathon before ep 7 so dunno why people want to recon the prequals it like digimon tri and fan want toei to retcon 02
