My first significant post on this part of the network, I made a similar thread over on TFW.

I haven't posted this one over there yet because it's not relevant there, but I put together a thing some of you guys here might have interest in. Still need to order a sample for myself, but:

While I haven't printed this iteration of the model, I did have a print done of the shaft itself just to make sure the scale wasn't off by a large degree.

I really wasn't wanting to buy an SHF Kurokage just to give its weapon to my Kiwami Arms. I want to make more of the weapons from the show, but this is the one I was most concerned with to start.

I'd like to do the melon shield or grape gun, but those feature some very fine texture detail I don't think I'd be able to replicate (or have successfully print).
