Well, who wouldn't? Though it's supposed to be all powerful, I guess they toned it down

I'm not really referring to the epilogue. The ending of 02 featured Imperialdramon Dragon Mode flying around the world to help collect the other Digidestined to aid in their fights. Digimon were common knowledge, and there were multiple character with Digimon partners world wide before the epilogue happened...
