It's entirely possible there is. Nintendo's license have been really weird. Bandai gets Mario and Pokemon, while GoodSmile gets Zelda, Metroid, and Fire Emblem... But they also get Mario so long as it's Nendoroid. Kinda weird to split up their franchises like that.

Personally for me, I'd love if Bandai got Metroid and announced a Gravity Suit Samus. I'd be sold on that instantly. But that's just wishful thinking since Metroid isn't that popular in Japan. *sigh*
