I really don't know where you can start, since Zyuranger and MMPR really doesn't share much beyond the suits, so nostalgia goggles can only get you so far, unfortunately.

As far as a starting point/s go my philosophy is that if you're coming here from PR just watch the Sentai version of your favorite season. But if we were to try and pick out some suggesting points, well I think there's at least enough unanimous "This is good so watch it" seasons to use. Infusing those with my own personal picks would probably come out as:
