Fujioka was involved in the story planning though, so Inoue won't be just making up the story by himself, unlike what happened with The First and a lot of his later works.

Shirakura's comment about this being a way to make up for Rider 1's story being shortened in the original series after the bike incident makes me think we might not see any other Riders in the movie.

This is just Part 1 of the Super Hero Year project though, so there could be a crossover movie later, maybe taking the spot of the Ghost summer movie.
