My only qualm with the miniplas, it's looking, is that the numbers are stickers, and not part of the model.
I know that would basically require another parts tree in and of itself for all 3, which would probably be more expensive than Bandai likes for minipla, but still, it's a problem for me (I can't paint, and while I do love minipla, the stickers' ability to, well, stick has been hit or miss with me...)

I'm glad it took liberties with the combination. I'm not in love with the parts forming, but it means that the ankles are ball jointed and the crotch shark-face doesn't inhibit the waist too much (And it's also, well...Part of the shark), so I'll let it slide.

I'm also glad they didn't keep the huge stylus-skewer thing. While it is most likely that the ultra combination will use it as a sword, I'm just happy that the base mecha isn't restricted by having it.
(It does make me curious over which mecha will include it, now, though...)

I do hope so. Since BoA is already putting in the effort to create their own megazords rather than bringing the preexisting molds over, it wouldn't be too crazy to base a mold around this rather than the original.
However, considering the skewer gimmick would be missing, I doubt it.
