I just beat Giovanni in Pokemon Yellow.
Currently my team is:
Sparky the Pikachu
Zippo the Charmeleon
Logan the Sandslash
Elliot the Hypno.

Must have been a glitch because as far as i'm aware that particular Rayquaza is shony locked.
