The original MMPR rangers still possess a damaged form of their powers, as shown by Adam's morph in Space, but highly unstable. Jason's appearance with fully restored powers in Forever Red may show that they fixed that issue, but there's also the chance he still had his coin, since he wasn't there when they Thunderzords got smashed up (which was what damaged the OG coins anyway).

The Alien Rangers still have their powers, and the Zeo powers went somewhere. Probably still usable, because Forever Red Tommy. The Gold Ranger powers went back to Trey though, so Jason no longer has them.

The Blue Turbo morpher still works, as does the Red Turbo morpher (In Space, Forever Red) and the Space rangers still have their powers at the end of their series.

The Lost Galaxy rangers give theirs up, but can reclaim them by taking up the swords again.

Lightspeed Rescue had all their zords smashed, but I think the drivers were still usable- given their Earth origins, they could probably be rebuilt.

Time Force still had theirs at the end of the show, but with all but Wes and Eric going back to the future, that leaves two on Earth, and the main morpher might not work without the other four (see the first episode)

Wild Force got theirs taken off them... as well as their jackets. Still available, just not with them. Just on a floating turtle island.

Ninja Storm's powers were destroyed, but I think they got them back in the Dino Thunder crossover. Might have been a temporary thing, might not have. Tori has hers back though (See Once a Ranger).

Dino Thunder got all their stuff destroyed by the end of the series, but Kira got hers back (again, Once a Ranger). Practically no way to restore them, short of the way they did it in SPD (eg: future technology).

SPD exists in the future, but still have all their powers. As shown in the end of the series, the only current rangers are Bridge, Z and Sky. Maybe Sam another 40 years in the future.

Mystic Force still have all their stuff at the conclusion of their series, as do Operation Overdrive. Jungle Fury still have all their powers.

RPM, being an alternate universe, has its own issues, but Dr K sealed away the morphers and Zords at the conclusion, with a hint that the last remnant of Venjix was hidden inside the Red Morpher.

Samurai still had all theirs, if I remember right. As did Megaforce... maybe. Nothing about that finale worked that well.
