I don't want to sound like a jerk but this episode sort of raised a few more questions than it put down. What are those gigantic slate things Adonis used to worship?

Why didn't Takeru have to connect with Nobunaga, Tutankhamun, Houdini, Grimm and Sanzo? (Unless he already connected with the first three back when they broke Spectre out of Necrom's control and the latter two decided to ditch Alan anyways.)

Takeru being the jerk with Makoto being the understanding one was a nice change of pace though.
