Now you're talking about a show I absolutely love and grew up watching!

Obviously I love the 2-part "Who Shot Mr. Burns?", but I also liked "Homer's Enemy" with the poor coworker who was driven insane from Homer's incompetence and electrocuted himself.

Oh, and any episode with Sideshow Bob. Kelsey Grammer is one of the best recurring guest voices on the show. And the fact that Bob's brother on the show was voiced by Grammer's "Frasier" costar David Hyde Pierce added to the awesomeness.
