I think the article is being overly biased and "OMG HOW HORRIBLE" to Saban and the contracts they do.

- Yes, you have to remain in the same physical condition and appearance if you're filming a television show. Even extreme tanning will change your appearance. I see the need for this when you're filming episodic things.

- The "you won't talk bad about us now or for xx years after" is also totally understandable. Who wants to have someone bad-mouthing you while you're paying them, or when your product (which features them) is still on the air/available?

The money issues are a little tight, but it comes down to what they're being paid. I mean, is anyone here going to complain about being on television, being a Power Ranger, and going in to record your voice on a toy or a video game (albeit you're not being paid but are you in it for the money or because it's your dream to do this?).

Big stink out of nothing huge in my opinion. I won't even touch the political part, and neither should any of us, as it's against the rules
