I like them a lot. Unless you're Spider-Man it seems going straight spandex is considered a bad move these days so this is a nice compromise. Lots of colour and a techno-organic look works for me given the techno-organic basis of the powers.

Comparing them to the reboot robocop doesn't really paint them unfavourably IMO - the black suit in that film looked fine about from the naked hand, it was only people's nostalgia to the original that caused a problem. They could perhaps do without the chest glow, but with the weird off-placement on them all I can't tell if its genuinely a glow or supposed to be a reflection.

Something DOES look off about the helmets, but the picture isn't the best so I'll withhold judgement on that right now.
