Gathering the souls of those around the world who are honoured with the title of “hero”, Dark Ghost aims to collect 100 Heroic Souls in order to obtain the “Ultimate Eyecon”! The hero Darwin, honoured for his contributions to life and evolution, is somehow tied into this fated conflict!

So this plot is combined of Kamen Rider Drive Surprise Future (excluding the whole future idea) and Kamen Rider Drive X Kamen Rider Gaim Movie!
