Ghost parkas help Ghost access different power set which similar to utilities power like Shift Cars or Astro Switches. The problem here is each parka is like a pseudo-form with masks changing, different parka, different weapons so people may find it overwhelming.
Just wait until he gets a new base suit (power-up). The old base suit is barely used again that pissed off many people as I noticed. Ghost has some sort of bad handling for form changes, you may need to prepare for that. It's a show that sells toys after all.
