To be honest, I didn't think it was all that bad. Deker disappointed me though, since he kinda just lulled around in the background and at this point doesn't seem very interested in anything.

The "here are all the toys you need to buy" Megazord sequence was pretty good though.

The sporadic airing probably hasn't helped, but Serrator's plan was exactly the same as it was in Shinkenger. He's essentially just making one big crack for all the water to flood out of.
