Well, Geki doesn't really have a sixth ranger character (Unless you count GekiBlack and GekiGreen, who join the rangers so late into the game I think there's less than 5 episodes left ), but I get what you mean~

The family angle is an interesting one, but not one I'm too terribly interested in. I'm glad to hear it balances comedy and drama nicely, though.
Hm...
I'll see if I can get to downloading both, since I'm sure I'll want to watch them both eventually.
