To be fair, the whole ZA WARUDO craze didn't start until the 3rd anime in 2013 (It started in 2012, but I don't think they reached stands until the following year).

Anyway, nice episode. Mario schtick in the beginning, but since this show has made the amazing decision to not force it into every episode, I'm quite fine with it. Mario definitely grew on me as a character, especially with the backstory of him taking care of a young Yamato (Also, we learn that Yamato apparently used to argue frequently with his father. I'm super curious about what happened now). It was rather nice.
Yamato's brief freak out when Mario was kidnapped was nice, too, though I wish it lasted a little longer, it was still short and sweet.

I liked their plan, I liked Genis's plan of finding more Zyumen to merge into TheWorld (Man, I wonder how his design would look if they managed to get 5 ), and I liked the monster's little crush on Naria (I would've liked the monster's design if he didn't have that freaky mouth on him).

Nice episode, but I'm a lot more excited for next week's episode. I can't wait~
