Belial can appear anywhere from bestial to plotting and cunning, but regardless of the emotion behind the pose and gesture, it's impossible to look at him and think "Yeah, seems like an okay guy."

This is a villain. This is an almost cartoony villain in how absurdly evil he is. He's a monster. This is Giant Space Satan with a stick. The effect parts for the Giga Battlenizer (the space stick) don't come with Kaizer Belial, so if you like energy effects more than capes, this guy is the way to go. He also needs some Future polish love, though.
