I don't see why it's a big deal that some fans drop a certain series.

I dropped W after 9 episodes.

I dropped Gaim after 14 episodes.

The only reason I made it through 30 episodes of Ghost is because apparently I'm a masochist and the show is ripe for memes. And what enjoyment I did get out of it was mocking it.

I have a short attention span and limited free time. I want to watch something I can get into and into early. If the show doesn't have me by around episode 10, I'm around. I even gave Gaim some extra leeway and it failed me.
