The problem for me is that Kamen Rider used to take itself seriously. It still promoted the tie-in merch, but it tried to tell a serious story that could entertain kids but still provide some engaging action and drama for older audiences. And even then it was at least we'll done. Like Fourze is about as lighthearted as Ghost, if not moreso and it's leagues better, imo.
