I may be going backwards, but these aren't necessarily in any set order.

8. Not enough development for the villains anymore.
7. Not enough human forms or just actors wearing a suit for the main villains. There is no reason Naria and Kubaru need to be straight up suits when an actual actor would have done just as well and given them more life.
6. Half of the ranger team is always left in the dust as far as development is concerned.
5. Gimmicks are getting out of control.
4. A forced mech battle in every episode. Kids aren't going to not want a toy just because it doesn't appear every episode.
