Anyway, try Gekiranger. It only has one female member and a lot of the team gets developed. It also has a lot of development for the villains, too.

But people already do that. Even more so if you interchange Takeru/Shinkenger with Daigo/Kyoryuger or Takaharu/NinNinja.
