Because only Mugen can destroy the Ganmeisers permanently, otherwise Alain would destroy Wind and it would respawn, since the show wants to burn through them now. This why I don't like the fact that Mugen is the only one that can truly destroy Ganmeisers, cause it just renders the other riders as sidekicks.
