I do think ditching the Zords as a BAF and having villains would be a much better idea. If the reason they can't put a few more accessories in there is because the BAF is too big or too expensive having some smaller parts for a 6-inch villain like Rita, Zedd, or whoever, would likely allow them to add an extra accessory or two. An idea release schedule if these are coming out quarterly would be to have 3 teams come out a year and maybe have the Megazords and the foot soldier type bad guy for those series in the assortment for each year.
