Well, last time I made people watch Evangelion, Dragon Ball (not Z), and Patlabor. Some liked it, some hated it. I didn't care. But the idea here is to find an episode that catches people's interest, so a show with a really solid first episode is probably a good choice. If it fits their individual tastes, then cool. If it's not their thing, oh well

Yeah, the idea is to introduce people to anime, who then go off on their own and continue watching the ones they like. So Wizard may not be the best idea. Gaim is probably the best choice here.

I liked Ghost's first episode. It did a good job setting the scene and getting you ready to see what came next. At least, I thought it did.
