Sometimes you can find FB pages streaming them. Youtube is a really hard maybe, since Sentai and KR uploaded to Youtube tends to get taken down within the week, so you'd have to marathon it hard (Or settle for manipulated uploads, which usually involves shrinking it and speeding up/slowing down the footage or just muddying the sound).
You might get lucky with Dailymotion, but I've only seen movies uploaded there, not full series (But considering the amount of series available, I might just not have been looking for the right ones)

For some reason, the only time toku uploads on YouTube last is when it's in effing Vietnamese. I have no idea why...

I honestly recommend torrenting, or direct downloading if it's an option and you're really patient.
