Interestingly they did it with Akibarangers where the entire team is mass released and the bad guy is an exclusive. I think the problem is that a normal Sentai team has lot more member, and since most kids identify with the leader more, that makes the rest more expendable. You do have to remember though, that for Japanese residents order stuff from Tamashii Web Shop is not a big deal, it is only for the customers overseas, which technically isn't even supposed to happen, because you can only order via a middleman or proxy buyer.
