Been looking at the scans for a while and I think I have figured it out in the sense of what becomes what when changing (no idea how the actual mechanics of the toy will work).

The Mask of Puzzle Gamer is on the back of Fighting Gamers head. You can see the collar on Fighting that becomes that weird turtleneck for Puzzle. Same goes for Fighting Gamers gloves that have the same shape as Puzzle Gamers shoulderpads. The Chesplate will change accordingly.
