My suspicion is that the Dual Gear is, itself, a henshin device in the vein of Mashin Chaser's Break Gunner, so there's no associated driver/belt. If so, then the fact that it can also be used in the Gamer Driver is an interesting twist.

I had noticed that we can't clearly see Paradox's belt in the pictures, so it'll be speculation for a while, yet. I mean, heck, I haven't even seen the LVUR Gamers solicited anywhere, yet.
