Several considerations are prevalent here as to how villains and the nature of Ninninger will be handled:

A): The set images show that the Hitokarage (first version foot-soldiers of the Youkai) will be used. We know that the Jukkarage (second and more frequent version) will be given Figure form as "Bashers". Is it safe to assume that the change will be referenced by name? The Hitokarage have the same adornment as the Nanashi did in Shinkenger #38. When adapted as "Trust Me", Samurai Red called them "party hats". Will they make the same mistake here?

B): Interviews and quotes of those behind Ninninger reveal an attempt to focus on the acrobatics and stunt-work. Will Saban try to do the same with re-shoots and support shots?

C): A few might have said, upon seeing Kyoryuger for the first time and reviewing it later, how they didn't see how some of their monsters could be used in PR. In the near-final analysis, it's clear that MANY of the Debo Monsters have been used in some form or fashion. Ever since Dairanger became Season 2, NO ADAPTATION has used every single monster or villain in PR! Even if some appeared in background shots or in groups, a few never got any such love! Some may have gotten close (S.P.D., Overdrive among them), but something is always missing. Given that they pulled some things together and make Deboth villains work, what will be the attempt here? Who will get dropped? Can they afford to drop anyone if they play Ninninger the whole way through?
