Biography;
Of all the teachers in Diamond Academy, Tia Celeste is one of the most fun. Her methods are strange, but she’s willing to help others learn. These qualities, combined with her latent skills in certain marshal arts, made her contract with Princess Celestia one of the most deadly on the battlefields of Mirrarudo.
