No, the bike transforms into the base body for the Level 3. Far as I can tell, you take off the wheels, then sort of...rotate the faces so the big one is on his back and the smaller one on the front (which also has the effect of revealing the chest armor). Then the game pad armor on the sides flips up to become shoulder armor. The Chambara Gamer is basically just a set of limbs, which attach to the body.

Whether it's compatible with the other Level 3 armors is...hard to say. I'd say it probably could be if it wasn't for the shoulder armor, since I don't really see how that would work. Then again, he does use the shoulder armor from the Hunter Gamer, so there may be a way. Hard to gauge at the moment.
