If it happens in that exact sequence then the Bugster will leave the host first, then before said host disappears the Phantom will break out of the host, which kills him and then he reanimates as an Orphenoch. So you get all three at first but the Bugster won't be around for long.

If the Bugster fully adults first it's the only one we have to worry about though, since the body disappears so no Phantom or Orphenoch can be born from it.

I think Phantoms and Orphenochs are generally compatible, but I haven't watched Wizard in a while so I don't fully remember if Phantoms leave the dead body of their host behind or if it explodes or something. It they don't leave a corpse behind then you won't get an Orphenoch either. And the Bugster will die too.

So I guess it depends on the sequence and if the individual transformations still trigger after these events.
