I could be wrong, but bad QC happens sometimes (even from BoJ), especially since this is literally the first batch of product for Ninja Steel. Even if every copy had the same problems, it's totally possible for Bandai to fix them in future shipments.

I really wish the whole thing of releasing the Japanese versions of the main Megazord didn't stop after Gosei Great (or did we get Gokai-oh too?). That was a cool idea given it meant you didn't have to pay international shipping on a decent sized box on top of the already higher price tag for a fancy DX Sentai robot. I wonder if they would've done better being released during their corresponding series rather than after?
