I know you're trying to have a touching scene, but it kind of loses all weight (See what I did there?) when one of the characters is in a giant bounce ball covered in clothes...

Episode was alright. I loved Misao, as per usual. Sela having emotions was rather nice, too.
Date's actor is always welcome to guest star (Or hell, fully star) when he wants, in my book.

I like that Kubar is doing things again, even if it's just learning the limitations of what the hand can do. I guess he didn't know that the memories tend to act on their own, as evidenced with Yamato's mom and the Sela and Tusk clones before.
