Episodes 29 and 30 decide that goofing on Iron Chef would be way more cool than the story they had going. The Kamen Rider bits are literally an afterthought. The tone shift was so great my face got smashed by my keyboard airbag!

That was a thing you sometimes got in the early Heisei era. Ryuki and Blade had similarly weird episodes around the 30-mark.
