I agree, it's one of the better adaptations. It sure got me back interested in PR after SPD ended. Very underrated show. RJ is awesome and if they ever did another "Once a Ranger" plot, I'd like to see him return. Also, the villians are great in this series. I need a Dai Shi SH Figuarts. Them and RJ are what make the series worth watching.

I'm sure Gekiranger is it's own kind of good, but aside from Samurai I've yet to see a PR vs Sentai that the shows were similar enough to make a direct comparison with an outright winner. I'm betting Geki vs JF is more like Deka vs SPD. Both good in their own ways and everyone has their preference of the two. From what little I've seen of Geki, I prefer JF, but I'm not gonna object to watching it someday because one is "better."

PS I agree, the fly is annoying as hell and ruins a lot of great zord battles...need to check if he's in Gekiranger too.
