yeah it was in the twenties I want to say around 25 that his father was mentioned I think maybe the episode right after the one where his mother came back otherwise the only other time his father was somewhat mentioned was later in that episode when Yamato found that someone has put flowers on his mother's grave. Though my memory can be shit so I could be wrong.

As for this episode it was good but something just seems off to me that keeps me from liking it.
