My choices for "best" might seem a little weird, but keep in mind my experience with Sentai largely consists of the last half decade of shows, which are all trash apparently. On a less passive aggressive level, I've also barely seen enough shows to stick to the "one per show" rule.

Conglomerate Sentai Retroger (hey, no one said it had to be a good name)
Red: Daigo, Kyoryu Red (he's basically the win button)
White: Amu, Zyuoh Tiger (TBH this would be Fuuka if Kinji didn't take priority. I really need to see Kakuranger...)
Blue: Ryuuji, Blue Buster
Yellow: Tsubasa, Magi Yellow
Pink: Kagura, ToQ #5
Black: Gunpei, Go-on Black
Green: Minoru, Green Racer
Gold: Kinji, Starninger
Silver: Gai, Gokai Silver

Yeah it's kind of a motley crew, but that's why Daigo is there. He can just do all the work himself.

I'd make a worst list but:
- the first one was hard enough
- I'm me. That kind of negativity just ain't my style.
