Ichiban Sentai Saikyouger
Red: Jin/Red Flash - Flashman
- Dude was kidnapped as a kid and grew up on a desert planet and still managed to come out as a great leader. He's the only member of his team that actually remembers his parents and kept that with him all his life, so if he's got something to drive him, he won't give up.
White: Tsuruhime/Ninja White - Kakuranger
- She was the youngest on her team and still managed to keep everyone in line on most occasions. She'd probably be a fantastic second in command.
Blue: Gouki/Ginga Blue - Gingaman
- You've got a ridiculously strong fighter who also happens to be the nicest guy you're ever going to meet. I think that sort of balance works and he'd definitely be the heart of the team.
Yellow: Kazu/Kirin Ranger - Dairanger
- Dude can reverse time. He.can.reverse.time.
Pink: Yuri/Time Pink - Timeranger
- She's strong willed and like Jin, if something's driving her to fulfill a mission, she's going to see it through to the end.
Black: Sho/Change Gryphon - Changeman
Grew a ton in his own series and becomes a dependable trickster in fights.
Green: Yukito/Magi Green - Magiranger
- Once he was okay with not being the leader, he turned into a great support member. Like Gouki, he would be one of the more caring members of the team willing to do whatever for his friends.
Gold: Uchty/Kyoryu Gold - Kyoryuger
- He's strong and while he sticks to his ambitions, he's capable of having respect for enemies that earn it, which I think would help him be level headed.
Silver: GoseiKnight - Goseiger
- Super driven and super strong, plus he's willing to learn from those around him.

Haisha Sentai Worst Guys
Red: Takaharu/Aka Ninger - Ninninger
White: Sae/Gao White - Gaoranger
Blue: Hoji/Deka Blue - Dekaranger
Yellow: Yoko/Yellow Buster - Go-Busters
Pink: Haruka/Pink Turbo - Turboranger
Green: Don/Gokai Green - Gokaiger
Gold: Hikaru/Magi Shine - Magiranger
Silver: Pass. I kinda like them all.

If I was able to select multiple members from a team, I'd probably put all of the Turborangers down for worst.
