I heard it from a guy on a another website that got his info from 4chan apparently they've also been checking Toonami's ratings too which is where IBO's bleeding viewers was revealed.

I also did watch Zeta Gundam on a fan subbed VHS tapes in 2002, making it the first Gundam show I saw in Japanese from start to finish.
