Because his voice actor's co-host on the toku radio show Kamen Radiranger is the voice of Ryutaros. And you surely remember what color he is.
After hearing commander dumpling as I like to call Sho Lonpo since his name derives from xiaolongbao is voiced by Kamiya I so hope they let Ryutaros and Sho Lonpo have a moment in that Super Hero Taisen film this spring given that they are both purple dragons and the voice actors are toku nuts who are djs of a toei-certified toku radio show.
