Honestly, I think this is better than being pointlessly kept around for a couple episodes until the writers realize they have nothing to do with him, then pointlessly sending him away until the finale, like what happened with Cubi.

Actually, this episode really shows a lot of the differences writing-wise between Ghost and Ex-Aid. In addition to tackling a very similar plot in a much more emotional way, this is like, what, the third episode in a row now where the opening was cut to make room for more plot? That's how you know the writers seem passionate and have a clear story in mind to tell. As opposed to stumbling around blindly for a year, then completely giving up once the final form debuted and there were no more toys to sell.

Boo on not letting Emu keep the gashat though. Hopefully we'll get to see the Juju Burger form again eventually, though I could see it being like Fourze's Rocket States and only showing up a couple times during the show, then getting used in like every crossover afterwards.

I'm also interested to see what goes down next week. Nothing in the magazine scans implied a new bugster born from Emu, so what's going to happen when his disease seems to break out next episode?
