The "Sansei/III" part of his name isn't just a "3". It's written in the same way "Lupin III/the 3rd" is written for example.

That does make sense, interestingly that they want in this direction. The Great Leader doesn't look like someone that has children, maybe he took the title of the Great Leader after the original and Tsukasa.
