It did this to me, too. In replaying the missions to earn more V-Mana, I decided to try to max out Gokai Yellow, and just like yours, it capped me at four purchases. (I may try to do the same with Midorenger before the event ends; we'll see.)

Also, I've developed a complaint about the game. I'd been so excited when I started by its use of Sentai villains - Gormin! Buglars! KUROS! Dogold! Enter! Basco! - it I didn't realize I was seeing most of the villain types used in the game. It's like they more or less decided, "Okay, we did ToQger, Goseiger, Gokaiger, Go-Busters, Kyoryuger, and the eye-things. That's enough enemies for a game with dozens of missions." I also got way too excited by seeing Fuwa Juzo on the front page.
