[Spiteface]

This week I started giving Gavan another shot, after giving up on it not even halfway as it was being subbed.

I'm enjoying it more. It's a bit of a change from Sentai/Rider/Ultraman/Garo for me. All I knew of Gavan before was him showing up in Gokaiger vs Gavan, the movie that followed and Type-G's appearance in Go-Busters, so it's surreal to see a younger Kenji Ohba in the role for me. I think he's one of those guys that ageing is one of the best things to happen to him, and he's just as into it as he was back then.

Like I say, liking the show so far, and that it's VERY episodic means I can watch as much or as little as I want right now, without thinking "I can't stop here, something just happened!"
