I don't know if you will even read this but that’s the right decision to make. After Ghost ended I wanted to see Ex-Aid without reading anyone’s option on it (especially since the initial reactions to the promotional material were so bad) so I stayed clear of reading the episode discussions until we arrived at the point where only people who like it remained. Maybe that point was a lot sooner since the show is apparently considered good by the larger part of the fandom, but still.

If the negative reactions annoy and threaten to take the fun out of a show for you, I know they have that effect on me, stop reading them, it's a good idea. Maybe you can come back every 5 episodes or so and see if the people who didn’t like it dropped it.
