[Switchblade]

Episode 8. I freaking loved this one. It's another MotW episode and the ending fight with the giant puppy centipede in the CGI room was awesome, as was the pre-transformation fight (I never thought I would see a gothic lolita sword, but apparently that's a thing). That wasn't what I liked so much, though.

I really, really enjoyed all of the Rei and Alice scenes this week; the stuff with the two of them just walking around and taking photos. Alice still makes bad decisions, but I still enjoyed her scenes with Rei a lot. It's a little rushed because of the show's lower episode count, but I can buy into this romance. The bit where she was taking his picture was really cute. I felt like we were getting some character death flags near the end of the episode, though. I'm not sure we're going to see Snaggletooth Khaleesi make it out of here alive.
