When Master Vile turned back time, it was stated that Ninjor was still in the Temple and when time was corrected, he apparently remained there. What is less clear is what happened to the Ninja Megazord and Shogun Megazord. The Ninjazords likely went with him, but the Shogunzords were still usable in the past. The only moderate possibility is that they were disassembled and a piece was used to make the Super Zeo Megazord work, given Billy's line of "old Zords". This leads into the Fate of ALL things Zeo and the theoretical relation to Turbo. Zeo had one of the weakest and more confusing endings in the entire franchise, potentially beating-out the continuity-busting finale of Dino Supercharge! Zedd and Rita don't legitimately continue and none of the Zeo-era Zords are mentioned again. "Scorpion Rain" tried to give something of an answer and Amit Bhaumik apparently treated it as background canon for "Forever Red", which in turn debunked the notion that Zeo BECAME Turbo! One thing I can't confirm is a supposedly cut battle from the Turbo Movie where the Zeo Rangers LOST to the Movie-style Piranhatrons! Any theories are welcome at this point!
